How Dental Implants Work

The All On 4 system uses four dental implants in each arch, that are surgically implanted right into your jawbone. Standard implants often require a bone graft months beforehand in preparation for surgery, but this specific process uses implants that are longer and placed at an angle. 

This means that we do not have to worry about the amount of bone mass available. Working as an experienced team, Dr. Clay Keith or Dr. Paul Denson will insert your new teeth within hours…on the same day!

What to Expect

Upon arrival the day of the procedure, your comfort and relaxation will be the top priority in our private suite. Patients have very little complaint about discomfort from this procedure both during and in the days following. 

We like to keep the distractions minimal as we work inserting your new implants, followed by inserting your new teeth, and making the adjustments for a great set of teeth and an attractive smile! Most patients resume a normal, active schedule after one or two days. 
Best of all, your dentures will feel as close to your natural teeth as we can get. This system does not require the roof of your mouth to be covered, they will not shift, you do not need to remove them at night or ever.
